• Aerospace tool design and procurement
• Design and 3D print fixtures to minimize cost and lead time versus traditional tooling
• Order fixtures for non‑3D‑print applications
• Support assembly work instruction creation, edits, and implementation
• Support hardware troubleshooting
• Order equipment and support CAPEX projects
• Support other projects related to shop transformation and capital project execution

• A Bachelor of Science in manufacturing or engineering discipline or a combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Additive manufacturing experience preferred
• CNC machining experience
• Fluent with mechanical CAD/3D modeling
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems
• Experience working with shop floor operators and assemblers as well as engineering teams
• Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel

Pay Range
: $65,000 - $85,000 a year.

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job‑related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan.

This role is considered a second shift, on‑site position located in Windsor Locks, CT.

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include but is not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
