• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state of practice)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room / Emergency Department nursing experience
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, CPI, NIHSS
• TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) preferred
• Experience managing trauma, STEMI, stroke, behavioral health, and related emergencies

• Provide high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced Emergency Department setting
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting with trauma, cardiac (STEMI), stroke, and behavioral health emergencies
• Perform emergency interventions per hospital protocols and scope of practice
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Accurately document assessments, treatments, and patient responses in EPIC EMR
• Respond promptly to changing patient conditions and elevate as needed
• Maintain compliance with hospital safety standards and emergency department policies
