Our client, a leader in manufacturing and assembly services, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully within the organization. This is a direct hire opportunity offering benefits.

Job Title: Assembler
Location: South Windham, CT
Pay Range: $22-$28
Shift: 1st Shift (6AM-230PM) Mon-Frior 2nd Shift (1PM-11PM) Mon-Thurs

What's the Job?

• Utilize assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists
• Gather necessary parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
• Assemble and test components per instructions
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Document actions by completing required production and quality forms

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical experience related to component assembly and testing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to resolve issues
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
