LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with an SMB manufacturing client in Columbia looking for a Controller. This is a growing firm with an awesome plan ahead, and is looking for a Controller to add to that growth due to succession planning and help with process improvement as well. The ideal candidate has fantastic plant manufacturing experience and runway for growth.

• Month/Year End
• Reconciliations
• Look Out/Implement on Opportunities for Process Improvement
• Internal Controls
• GL Maintenance
• Full Cycle AP & AR with Assistance
• WIP/Cost Accounting
• Ensure GAAP Compliance
• File Taxes
• Journal Entries

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance Required
• 5+ years’ Progressive Accounting Experience Required, ideally in a plant and custom manufacturing environment
• CPA preferred
• Foundation in public accounting preferred
• 401(k) with match
