Part-Time Senior Center Aide

Overview

This position provides assistance for Senior Center operations.

Part-Time up to 29 hours per week.

• Prepares and packages home delivered meals.
• Ensures compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Serves meals to clients at the Senior Center.
• Cleans kitchen and dining room.
• Performs related duties.

• Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• No experience requirements.

• The work is typically performed while sitting at a desk or table or while intermittently sitting, standing, walking, or stooping. The employee must occasionally lift light and heavy objects, climb ladders, use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity, and distinguish between shades of color.
• The work is typically performed in a kitchen. Work requires the use of protective devices such as masks, goggles, gloves, etc.
