Nuclear Quality Assurance Representative
DuBose National Energy has a unique opportunity for a Nuclear Quality Assurance Representative at our Winder, GA location. This role requires a detail‑oriented individual who is willing to promote quality standards. The position may offer a hybrid work schedule, combining remote and in‑person work depending on departmental needs and approvals.

The role includes repetitive motions and may require exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
Job Function- Review customer purchase orders and their technical requirements.
- Verify supplier documentation for accuracy and compliance with purchase orders and other technical requirements.
- Compare material certifications with associated specifications to verify compliance.
- Assemble documentation packages to meet customer purchase orders, specifications, and various code requirements.
- Perform tasks and assignments as directed by QA Management.
- Ability to read and comprehend English and adhere to process and procedural requirements.
- Independent and collaborative work skills.
- Strong time‑management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multi‑task and complete daily, weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc assignments on time.
- Effective communication with customers or suppliers to resolve issues.
- Willingness to ask questions when unsure.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency with Adobe PDF, Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
- Associate’s degree or higher in a science field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with ASME Section II & III codes & standards and/or military specifications.
- Experience in a QA department with an understanding of document control, record control, and retention requirements.
- Experience in the nuclear industry, military supply, or steel applications such as raw steel, piping, or fasteners.
- Familiarity with commercial grade dedication and material upgrade requirements.
- Audit experience (internal or external).
- NQA‑1 experience.
