• Adhere to the outlined care plan
• Document tasks, observations and evaluate outcomes
• Ensure quality care is delivered by creating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures
• Receive clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN
• Assist with other duties as needed

• Current Georgia LPN license
• Three (3) or more years nursing experience, preferably in personal care home industry
