The Shipping & Receiving Supervisor coordinates movement of inbound and outbound materials, and all truck drivers and shipping personnel for the facility. This position monitors and reports on-time delivery and shipping performance, maintaining an effective traffic program.

• Associate's Degree and/or 2+ year experience in a Production environment, preferably in Shipping and Receiving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, notably Excel and Word
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication with leadership ability
