CompensationThe base hourly rate for this position is $33.19.

What You Bring to the Team- High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational certification is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment troubleshooting, including hydraulics and pneumatics
- Welding experience and knowledge is required
- Repair experience with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical components
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and drawings
- Must be able to occasionally lift 75 pounds
- Must be able to work at heights
- Must have own tools
- Must be able to pass a drug screening, background check and medical clearance
We are hiring an Industrial Mechanic at our Winder, GA plant. We are looking for dependable, responsible and quality-minded individuals with a history of safe work in a manufacturing environment. This role involves troubleshooting issues, repairing production and facilities equipment, and ensuring maximum equipment efficiency within the facility. The position includes overtime, holidays and weekend work as required. Rotating schedule is 2-2-3 / 12 hour shifts (days/nights).
