We’re currently seeking an experienced Tool & Die professional to join a manufacturing team supporting precision tooling and fabrication. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on Tool & Die experience who is comfortable working from blueprints and CAD drawings to build, maintain, and repair tooling used in production.
What You’ll Do- Build, maintain, and repair precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures
- Perform fabrication using manual and CNC equipment such as lathes, grinders, and mills
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot tooling to meet exact tolerances
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement efforts
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings
- Experience working with tight tolerances and precision measurements
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
