Production Supervisor

Join to apply for the Production Supervisor role at Price Industries. We are looking for a Production Supervisor in Winder, GA who will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment while meeting daily and weekly production goals. This position will drive continuous improvement and 5S efforts while maintaining a positive team morale. Previous manufacturing experience is required.

• Ensures product quality, on-time delivery, labor costs, and scrap are meeting or exceeding targets.
• Manages the people power including staffing needs, attendance, training and accurate payroll.
• Address disciplinary issues in a timely and consistent manner.
• Proven experience supervising manufacturing operations in a high-volume environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Experience and ability to lead hourly teams, manage daily production schedules, and effectively control labor, overtime, and scrap.
• Experienced with employee training and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
• Success in driving continuous improvement, supporting 5S and lean practices, and clear communication to ensure accountability and team engagement.

• College Degree or High School with 5+ years of experience
• 3+ years of supervision role with a proven track record in a high volume, multi-product environment (preferably in sheet metal and HVAC)
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing
• Comfortable сая team-oriented environment
• Proficient in MS Office
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, extreme heat, extreme cold and dust. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
