We’re seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead capital projects ($0–$10MM) at our Winder facility. This role blends hands-on engineering with strategic leadership — perfect for someone with 10–15 years of experience who thrives on ownership and results.

What You’ll Do

• Drive process improvements and capital projects from concept to start-up.
• Lead a team of two direct reports plus contract engineers.
• Balance hands-on technical work with strategic work.
• Oversee contractors on civil/electrical work, safety orientations, and permitting.
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and with world-class safety.

What We’re Looking For

• 10–15 years in chemical/process industries (PSM preferred).
• Background in process/production engineering with project management experience a plus.
• Strong leadership presence, problem-solving skills, and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
