This is a working lead role for someone who can keep a job site running smoothly — calmly, efficiently, and with good energy. You’ll help us deliver amazing client experiences while building a dependable local crew.
Responsibilities- Lead small teams on-site: assign tasks, set pace, keep standards high
- Keep projects organized: labeling systems, staging, supplies, workflow
- Coach team members in real time (and keep morale solid)
- Communicate clearly with the owner and (when needed) with clients
- Ensure safety procedures are followed and issues are reported promptly
- Help with auction prep (photo quality, item staging, descriptions) and pickup days
- Have leadership experience (team lead, shift supervisor, project lead, etc.)
- Are steady under pressure and can solve problems without drama
- Can run a job site and keep people moving without being a jerk
- Have reliable transportation + smartphone
- Can pass a background check
- Can handle physical work (stairs, standing, lifting ~30 lbs)
- Home organizing, estate sale/auction, retail merchandising, or logistics experience
- A strong “client-facing” presence (polite, confident, discreet)
