** Job Description
** Under the direction of the Operations Manager, transports supplies from Shared Services to the appropriate facilities with the established time schedules.

** Education
* * High school diploma or equivalent required.

** Experience
* * 2 Years documented experience driving CDL Class

A.

** Certification & Licensures
** Must satisfy the requirements for and maintain a valid driver' license, a DOT medical examiner's certificate, as well as submit to periodic drug screenings as defined by applicable federal, state and VH policies and regulations.

** Qualifications
* * Must be able to operate a 20' to 24' box truck with a 6-speed manual transmission. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
