Schneider is seeking a Transportation Team Leader in Winchester to oversee all inbound and outbound activities at a distribution center. The Transportation Team Leader will lead a team of logistics associates and solve customer, carrier and personnel problems that arise.

• Lead and coach a team of associates.
• Maintain positive relationships with on‑site customer leaders.
• Monitor carrier compliance.
• Resolve all transportation and shipping related problems and communicate resolution plans to the customer.
• Implement continuous improvement processes.
• Make employment‑related decisions.
• Create and maintain a high‑performance environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in transportation, logistics or a related field.
• Two or more years of related work experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Goal‑driven and motivated to reach desired outcomes.
• Ability to positively coach, lead and influence a team.
