- 3+ Years of HVAC Technician
Experience:
If you're experienced with heating and cooling systems, you'll fit right in! - Valid Driver's License & Insurable Driving Record:
You'll be driving to job sites, so reliability and safety are key. - Universal EPA Certification:
Required for handling refrigerants. - HVAC Technical School Certificate:
Completion of a formal training program is needed. - Ability to Read Wiring Diagrams & Blueprints:
Troubleshooting and system design experience is a plus. - Experience with a Wide Range of Equipment:
From heat pumps to gas furnaces and air conditioning units, your broad knowledge will set you apart. - Hands-On Repair & Replacement
Experience:
Ability to make sound decisions for repairs and system replacements. - Heat Pump, Gas Furnace, and Air Conditioning
Experience:
If you've worked with these systems, you'll be ready to contribute immediately. - NATE Certification:
Preferred, but not required. We're happy to help you earn it if you don't already have it. - Tools:
You must have the necessary tools for the job. We'll help you with what you need to get the job done right.
