This position opening is to be located at our Winchester, VA location.

* The overall responsibilities of a Erection Foreman include:

* Supervises a crew of up to 10 employees.

* Reads and follows plans, material lists, and guidelines and applies necessary timelines.

* Conducts regular and tailgate safety meetings.

* Must be able to read crane charts.

* Must have working knowledge of grade level & transit instruments and calculating elevations.

* Must be qualified to operate aerial lifts, and skid-loaders.

* Must have knowledge of precast products and be able to erect precast units within PCI tolerances.

* Fulfills all regular and advanced installation/construction duties, including project layout, and completes required paperwork in a timely manner.

* Organizes, supervises, leads, and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and time frames.

* Enforces all company safety policies and procedures and safety requirements, including crew member discipline and documentation.

* Submits crew members' timesheets to payroll by deadline.

* Attends branch operation meetings as required.

* Must have 30hours OSHA training.
