We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to share our story and our success with everyone who walks through that door, calls for more information, or expresses even the slightest interest in improving themselves.

Are you passionate, positive, and able to talk to anyone? Do you thrive on being part of a team? Does your zest for being part of a growing fitness company motivate you? Do you have excellent communication skills, whether face-to-face or written?

If so, here’s more about the role:

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the Orange theory Fitness concept to interested individuals, known as “intros”
• Managing front desk tasks, including answering calls and assisting members
• Giving studio tours
• Collaborating with trainers to guide newcomers through their first workout
• Selling memberships to support studio growth
• Following up with prospective clients
• Addressing members’ concerns professionally with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the studio
