The manager develops channel-ready launch support models, field-facing selling tools, and merchandising programs that evolve with customer behavior, retail formats, and sales priorities.

This role owns the roadmap for program effectiveness — continuously improving how products are presented, demonstrated, and supported across dealer, distributor, showroom, and retail environments. Success requires both strategic planning and hands‑on execution, with strong cross-functional partnership across Product, Sales, Brand, Retail, and Channel Marketing teams.

    • Define how merchandising programs should evolve to improve shopper engagement, product understanding, and sales conversion.
    • Identify gaps in current merchandising and in‑store engagement and develop plans to improve effectiveness and consistency.
    • Recommend new formats, tools, and engagement models that strengthen product storytelling and selling confidence.
  • Lead development of field‑facing tool and resources used by Pro sales teams, dealers, distributors, and retail associates.
  • Create and manage sales resources such as:

    • Channel‑specific talking points and job aids
  • Adapt enablement materials for different audiences and selling contexts across Pro and Retail.
