What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, resident‑centered care with attention to detail
• Assess resident conditions and develop comprehensive care plans
• Administer medications and treatments with precision
• Monitor and document resident progress meticulously
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Identify and address potential health issues proactively
• Educate resident and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Mentor and support team members

What We’re Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Strong clinical skills and up‑to‑date knowledge of healthcare practices
• Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy
