What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care consistent with physicians’ orders and individual care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion.
• Monitor residents’ health, ensuring timely communication of changes.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to promote holistic well‑being.
• Support safety and infection control protocols with care and attention.

What We’re Looking For

• Current LPN license in the state of Virginia.
• 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital, long‑term care, or related setting.
• A heart for serving older adults with dignity and compassion.
• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• A genuine desire to grow in a supportive, people‑focused environment.
