The Arts Chorale of Winchester (ACW), a nonprofit community chorale dedicated to artistic excellence and meaningful community engagement, seeks a part‑time Managing Director to support the administrative, fundraising, and communications needs of the organization. Working in close collaboration with the Artistic Director, Board of Directors, singers, donors, and volunteers, the Managing Director plays a central role in sustaining the Chorale’s artistic mission and strengthening its connections within the community.
TimeCommitment
Approximately 10 hours per week, flexible schedule, with additional hours during concerts and events. Compensation commensurate with experience.

Primary Responsibilities- Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for choir members, volunteers, donors, and community partners
- Support and attend monthly Board of Directors meetings and maintain relationships with Chorale Society leadership
- Coordinate fundraising efforts, including annual campaigns, donor communications, and grant writing
- Lead marketing and publicity efforts, including concert programs, print materials, website updates, social media, and email newsletters
- Coordinate logistics for Fall and Spring concerts, including venues, volunteers, and ushers
- Support choir committees, special events, and chorale trips, serving as the primary contact and emergency liaison
- Degree or equivalent experience in arts management, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, email marketing platforms, and social media
- Passion for choral music and community‑based arts organizations
