This is a FT Direct Hire position

Do you have 4+ years of management experience in the plastics industry? Are you looking to run your own site? In this role, you will:

• Be a hands‑on leader of 20+ employees across the site
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment
• Oversee daily workflow, performance evaluations and team structure
• Manage production schedules, quotas and material inventory
• Partner with maintenance, purchasing, and planning teams to optimize operations
• Support equipment repairs, operator training, and interplant material movement
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study and/or 4+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Leadership experience in the plastics manufacturing industry is preferred
• A strong work history with career progression and a proven track record of measurable results
• Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills
• Previous MRP/ERP experience

• A salary of $80K-$110K with bonus potential
