• Operate process lines and equipment, performing minor maintenance.
• Measure product quality properties, enter data into SAP, and take corrective action to maintain quality.
• Assist line leads/area leaders with mechanical repairs.
• Perform product changeovers and complete necessary paperwork.
• Make line adjustments to ensure product quality.
• Assist other operators as needed.
• Remove and grind scrap from rolls and gaylords.
• Notify area leader/shift supervisor or maintenance of equipment/process problems.

• Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Product Compliance Policy.
• Adhere to product compliance duties per policy, laws, regulations, and market demands.
• Achieve compliance goals in line with the Compliance Management System.
• Raise concerns related to the system to supervisors, managers, leadership, or the whistle‑blower service.

High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience providing the required skills, knowledge, and ability.

• Work in a team‑based environment.
• Work a shift schedule, including overtime.
• Follow directions and get along well with others.

Read and interpret operating instructions and procedure manuals, write routine reports and correspondence, and communicate orally and in writing in English.

Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, divide.

Apply common sense to instructions in written, oral, or diagram form; solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Forklift operator license at time of hire/transfer or ability to obtain certification within 90 days.
