SummarySUMMARY: Receive, supervise and issue all parts related to the stock room, and assist maintenance in basic tasks as assigned.
Crucial duties and responsibilities- Receive and verify shipping materials as against shipping invoices
- Label and record parts with SAP number
- Dispatch and record parts from the stockroom as per work order
- Perform physical verification and counting of stocks to ensure accuracy
- Physically inspect the products and merchandise for damages or breakages
- Assist maintenance with basic tasks as needed including lubrication, rebuild, CBM, etc.
- Ability to drive and operate forklifts
- Maintains good housekeeping
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
- Performs all other duties as assigned
This position also has accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the Winchester Kraft Heinz QRMP accountability document.

In addition to the capabilities above a good candidate will possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi task, and a basic understanding of mechanic parts and how they work.
Working ConditionsWhile performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Personal Protective Equipment includes safety and GMP equipment such as steel toe shoes with slip resistance, hearing protection, bump cap, and other PPE.
