- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field or 5 years of relatable experience.
- Minimum three years’ experience needed. Prefer experience recruiting for a manufacturing environment, or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the above knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Experience as a Recruiter or HR Generalist, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures, and employment laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and applicant tracking software.
- HR Metric Reporting:
Ensure accurate HR metric reporting is completed monthly for company and division - Assist with full life cycle recruiting for Winchester & Newark open positions. Manages candidate communication, and experience throughout the entire hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience and position the company as the employer of choice.
- Manage new employee onboarding and employee file administration.
- HR Support:
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures, and programs. Address employee inquiries related to benefits, compensation, leaves of absence, and other HR-related matters. Assist in the administration of HR Programs, such as employee onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations and training initiatives. - Assist with full life cycle recruiting for Winchester & Newark open positions. Manages candidate communication, and experience throughout the entire hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience and position the company as the employer of choice.
- Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Stay updated on HR legal requirements and make recommendations to ensure adherence. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to maintain a fair and inclusive work environment. - HR Projects:
Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement, policy development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems to enhance the overall employee experience.
