Overview
The Intersect Group is looking for a HR Generalist to join our team and support day‑to‑day HR operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing/warehouse environment. This role blends administrative responsibilities with opportunities to make a real impact across recruiting, employee relations, and compliance.
Responsibilities- Manage HR documentation and back‑end paperwork
- Support open enrollment and ongoing benefits administration
- Assist with employee relations matters and accurate documentation
- Coordinate workers’ compensation reporting and follow‑up
- Recruit for 10+ roles at a time, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- 3+ years of HR experience (generalist or coordinator level)
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Proficiency with UKG Pro (Ulti Pro)
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
