Care Advantage Inc is seeking a Caregiver Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional homecare services.
This is a full-time salary role, based out of our Winchester VA office and covering the surrounding areas.

Job Summary
The Caregiver Manager (CM) is a member of the Care Advantage team under the supervision of the Regional Recruitment Manager. The CM's focus is to provide world‑class service to new and existing caregivers with a focus on orientation, onboarding, and compliance, ensuring caregivers are supported, valued, and recognized.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the caregiving experience is engaging, efficient, consultative, and effective from day 1 of employment.
- Build effective relationships with caregivers and office staff to foster a collaborative environment focused on experience and growth.
- Conduct weekly meetings with teams via virtual platforms to deliver appropriate feedback and ensure processes are followed and staffing levels maintained.
- Monitor KPIs such as hire stats, conversion rates, and attrition to identify ways to manage the active caregiver population more effectively.
- Ensure all new hires and existing caregiver staff are 100% compliant with licensure and hire documentation.
- Act as point of contact for audits and be the go‑to resource for documentation retrieval.
- Demonstrate flexibility and timeliness in responding to unpredicted situations such as emergencies and changes; report concerns or needs to the appropriate office employee immediately.

- Partners with Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop appropriate hiring processes to support regional demand.
- Manages and executes onboarding, orientation, hire documentation, and testing for new hires.
- Initiates and promotes employee recognition programs.
- Responsible for HR elements to include the maintenance of field personnel files, I‑9 books, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred); minimum of two years’ experience working with direct client/patient support and communications with a proven track record of customer service excellence.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment measured by KPIs.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in cross‑functional teams or independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Demonstrated consultative communication skills.
- Effective conflict‑resolution skills.
- Experience with talent acquisition.
- Familiar with applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledgeable of full lifecycle recruitment, specifically onboarding.
