This is not a “build from scratch” role. This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-established, $300 million AUM practice with a strong client base, robust infrastructure, and full operational support already in place.
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned, client-first Senior Financial Advisor to take the lead in stewarding and expanding a mature, high-quality book of business. You will inherit meaningful scale, sophisticated clients, and a team built to support you—allowing you to focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional advice and deepening trusted relationships.
Responsibilities- Lead a Significant Practice
- Serve as the primary advisor for an established ~$300M AUM book.
- Deliver comprehensive, goals-based financial planning and investment management.
- Maintain and elevate a high-touch, white-glove client experience.
- Deepen & Grow Relationships
- Proactively strengthen multi-generational client relationships.
- Drive retention and organic growth within the existing client base.
- Identify thoughtful opportunities for selective new-client development.
- Deliver Sophisticated Planning
- Guide clients through retirement income planning, estate considerations, tax-aware investment strategies, and risk management.
- Provide advanced insight into variable annuities, including structure, riders, fees, and suitability.
- Design and manage advisory portfolios aligned with each client’s long-term objectives.
- Partner with dedicated client service, operations, marketing, and planning professionals.
- Optimize segmentation, service models, and efficiencies to support continued growth.
- Uphold the highest compliance and fiduciary standards.
- You are a seasoned advisor who:
- Brings 10+ years of advisory experience serving mass affluent and high-net-worth clients.
- Holds Series 7 & 66 (or 7 & 65) licenses.
- Has deep expertise in variable annuities and fee-based advisory platforms.
- Understands portfolio construction, managed accounts, and suitability standards.
- Has a proven record of client retention and practice growth.
- Communicates complex financial strategies with clarity and confidence.
- Operates with integrity, professionalism, and a true client-first mindset.
- CFP® designation preferred (or actively pursuing).
- 10+ years of advisory experience
- Series 7 & 66 (or 7 & 65) licenses
- Expertise in variable annuities and fee-based advisory platforms
- Understanding of portfolio construction and suitability standards
- Proven record of client retention and practice growth
- Integrity and professionalism
- CFP® designation preferred (or actively pursuing)
$120,000 – $150,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
