The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses in management and entrepreneurship. Primary teaching responsibilities will depend on specific areas of expertise, but likely will include Introduction to Business, Introduction to Management & Organizational Behavior, and The Mind of the Entrepreneur. The teaching load is consistent with a full-time visiting appointment in the School of Business.
Responsibilities:
* Teach undergraduate courses in business, management, and entrepreneurship.
* Contribute to an engaging, student-centered learning environment.
* Support experiential and applied learning initiatives within the School of Business.
* Participate in faculty meetings and limited service activities appropriate to a visiting appointment.
* Maintain academic or professional engagement consistent with AACSB faculty qualification categories (SA, PA, SP, or IP as appropriate).

Skills:
Required:
* Master's degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
* Demonstrated teaching effectiveness at the undergraduate level.
* Ability to teach introductory management and entrepreneurship content.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Doctorate (Ph.D., DBA, or equivalent) in Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related discipline.
* Professional experience in entrepreneurship, business management, or organizational leadership.
* Evidence of applied, experiential, or project-based teaching approaches.
