GSL Education are proud to be working exclusively with a school in Winchester who are seeking a Full-time Support Assistant to start ASAP. The school caters for Primary aged pupils with severe, profound and complex learning needs. Some pupils also have additional sensory, physical, medical, social or emotional needs.

You will be required to support pupils across the Primary Key Stages, who follow a foundation curriculum due to the level of their needs. As well as supporting Phonics, Literacy and Numeracy, you will be required to support in creative Art and play lessons. If you enjoy fun and creative play with Play-Doh and painting, this could be the role for you.

• Support pupils across the Primary Key Stages who follow a foundation curriculum.
• Support Phonics, Literacy and Numeracy.
• Assist in creative Art and play lessons.
• facilitate fun and creative play activities (e.g., Play-Doh, painting).

• Energetic, positive and confident in order to thrive in this environment.
• Open to candidates with little experience; training provided by the school.
• Willingness to undertake ongoing training and development.

• School working hours: 8:50am – 3:20pm.
