• We are looking to hire a Training and Development Manager!
• Our Training and Development manager will be responsible for taking care of our team! You will help support new hires from day 1 on the job until they are independent instructors. Also, you will play an integral role in employee culture, employee engagement and overall employee job satisfaction. You should be someone who has a passion for the water and working with children while also being highly organized, dependable and open to feedback.
  
  As the Training and Development manager, you will report to the General Manager and provide support throughout prime time shifts.

We have a fun and rewarding work environment with a great atmosphere for someone who loves families and being around people. Starting wage is negotiable with prior experience. This is a full‑time position that requires afternoon/evening and weekend shifts.

• Manage the development of all new hires.
• Work alongside a team of managers to drive operational excellence.

• Deliver reviews for new and seasoned employees.
• Expected to solve complex problems on a daily basis.
• Support the instructor, deck, office and mentor training programs.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
• Prior leadership training or experience
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Great attitude and willingness to be coached
• Must be a problem solver and have the ability to work both independently and within a team

Compensation: $17 - $24

Little Flippers is a learn‑to‑swim school that aims to teach water safety throughout our swim lessons.

Would youenjoy working in a kid friendly environment? Are you passionate about educating kids and their parents about the importance being safe in and around water? If you answered yes, then this is the job for you!

We are primarily looking for part‑time swim instructors with the potential of full‑time hours and some office work as well. Don't worry, prior experience in aquatics is not required! We offer a great, paid on‑site training program that teaches everything you'll need to know about being an instructor.

Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school. All inquiries about employment at these schools should be made directly to the school location, and not to US Swim School Association.
