Well established, multi-doctor, multi-office podiatric practice seeking a full-time associate with potential for partnership for the right candidate. Located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley with a small-town charm and within a 90-minute drive to Washington, D.C. Our large, loyal patient population has been built over decades, with roots dating back to the 1950s. We are looking for a committed, honest, hardworking individual to join our team and contribute long-term.

We offer a diverse clinical mix with opportunities to tailor your schedule to your interests, including forefoot and rearfoot/ankle reconstruction, wound care, routine foot care/general podiatry, diabetic limb salvage, sports medicine, and pediatrics. Privileging at our regional medical center includes two surgery centers and light on-call responsibilities.

• Provide comprehensive podiatric care across common foot and ankle pathologies.
• Tailor clinical schedule to individual interests (e.g., forefoot and rearfoot/ankle reconstruction, wound care, routine podiatry, diabetes-related limb salvage, sports medicine, pediatrics).
• Maintain privileging at regional medical centers and fulfill light on-call duties as required.

• Must possess or be working towards certification in both foot surgery and Rearfoot Reconstructive/Ankle surgery.
• Licensed to practice in the state of Virginia.
• All experience levels considered; residency graduates encouraged to apply.

This full-time position offers a competitive base salary with a bonus structure, plus a benefits package including medical insurance, paid time off (PTO), malpractice insurance, CME, and a 401(k) plan.
