TEKsystems is currently hiring for FULL‑TIME Member Service Representatives with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Winchester, VA area to start on April 20!

Onsite in Winchester, VA (will transition to hybrid after training) - Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for members in a fast‑paced, 24/7 high‑volume contact center.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals.
- Providing information on the company’s products and services, using strong knowledge, active listening, and adaptability across multiple systems to ensure an optimal member experience.
- Performing transactions or related functions for accounts such as savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and more.
- Advising members on additional products and services that align with their needs, while fostering positive interactions.
- Handling a high call volume of 80‑100+ calls daily.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of recent customer service experience (e.g., call center, collections, or banking) working directly with customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume call center environment.
- Willingness to assist others and navigate challenging conversations.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer knowledge, including data entry and typing proficiency.
- Training:
Mandatory 6‑8 weeks, Monday‑Friday, 7:30 AM‑4:30 PM EST (paid). - Regular Schedule (post‑training):
Full‑time, 40 hours per week. - Options:
Monday‑Saturday or Sunday‑Friday (one weekend day required, with one rotating off day during the week). - Shift times:
Between 2:00 PM‑6:30 AM EST (8‑hour shifts, overnight). - Availability:
Must have 6‑day availability and a 9.5‑hour window of flexibility. Schedules are provided two weeks in advance.
This position offers a supportive team environment and the chance to grow within a prestigious financial institution. Although primarily hybrid after training, you must be comfortable reporting onsite during the training period.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 – $19.50 per hour.
