What You’ll Do- Be the first point of contact for members, providing helpful, professional support.
- Share clear, accurate information about our products and services.
- Navigate multiple systems while actively listening and guiding members through their questions.
- Assist with everyday banking needs—savings, checking, loans, credit cards, IRAs, and more.
- Recommend services that fit each member’s needs and help build strong, positive relationships.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.
- Ability to stay organized and focused in a busy environment.
- A willingness to learn and grow—no experience required.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
