  • Accurately input and maintain customer information
  • Track lead sources, appointment outcomes, and booking metrics
  • Generate daily/weekly reports and maintain supporting documentation
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize demo rates (target: 90%)
  • Ensure smooth handoffs and efficient workflows
  • Support continuous improvement of SOPs and internal processes
  • Maintain positive working relationships across all teams
