You will serve as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor—supporting training, implementation, and ongoing coaching to ensure the Ukeru approach is embedded with fidelity.

The Account Manager will manage the customers’ experience with Ukeru by acting as their primary point of contact. The Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating and managing customer relationships, driving sales revenue, and contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Meets regularly with clients and serves as the primary point of contact for all matters related to external customers using multiple communication methods (telephone, in-person, video conferencing, text, email).
  • Demonstrates commitment to the mission, vision, and values of Grafton; collaborates with related departments to support a solution-focused environment.
  • Ensures client satisfaction by delivering high-quality customer service while representing Grafton/Ukeru professionally.
  • Identifies new business opportunities with existing customers through defined touchpoints and evaluates client needs to propose solutions.
  • Schedules and coordinates business opportunities in a timely and organized manner using available resources.
  • Enters data into the CRM and other systems to ensure efficient communication across the Ukeru Team; includes task management, organization, and documentation of interactions.
  • Responds to complaints and resolves issues to the customer’s satisfaction and maintains the division’s reputation.
  • Conducts evaluation of the Ukeru customer base to support strategic operational function.
  • Prepares reports, correspondence, and documents regarding activities, policies, and accomplishments of Grafton (Ukeru).
Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required;
    Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of one year in customer service or related experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills that are inspiring, creative, and grammatically correct.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to travel.
