Job Title: Staff Scheduler
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Day
Pay Range: $19.25 - $25.50 per hour, commensurate with your experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities- Develop, manage, and communicate staff schedules across departments to ensure coverage and efficiency.
- Respond quickly and calmly to last-minute callouts and schedule adjustments.
- Partner with departmental leaders to forecast staffing needs and plan coverage.
- Keep accurate and organized records of shifts, attendance, and schedule updates.
- Support adherence to staffing policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- High school graduate or equivalent education is preferred
- Preferred candidates will have a CMA or CNA certification. While not required, having one would be helpful
- Outstanding communication skills and solid interpersonal skills
- Must be flexible in dealing with last minute changes
- One year of experience as scheduler/administrative assistant is preferred
- Experience in a Health Care setting preferred
- Experience in staff scheduling, healthcare administration, or a related role preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfort using scheduling software and basic computer systems
- A reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
