We are a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong Quick Books experience. This role supports day-to-day bookkeeping, AP/AR, invoicing, and reconciliations. Experience in a service-based business and familiarity with MSP billing is strongly preferred.

• Maintain accurate books in Quick Books (Online or Desktop)
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP): vendor bills, coding, payments
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR): invoices, payments, customer follow-ups
• Assist with recurring invoicing + project billing
• Support monthly reporting: P&L, balance sheet, AR/AP aging
• Help coordinate with CPA for month-end and year-end needs

• Prior work in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
• Experience with Autotask PSA (ticketing / agreements / billing workflows)
• Familiarity with third-party billing or payment platforms (e.g., Alternative Payments)
• Experience supporting recurring revenue (MRR) billing models

• 3+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Strong Quick Books proficiency
• Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism
