Warehouse Operative

1to1 Group are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for one of our clients in Winchester. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining a tidy and clean warehouse, picking and packing goods, receiving and dispatching shipments.

• Winchester
• £12.74 per hour
• Temp to perm
• Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm

• Receiving incoming shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and storage in the correct location.
• Supporting the warehouse manager in day-to-day operations.
• Inspecting incoming goods to guarantee they meet the standards.
• Picking and packing goods according to orders, contributing to seamless order fulfilment.
• Communicating and collaborating with other team members to ensure a cohesive workflow.
• Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and secure working environment.
• Observing all Health & Safety requirements, contributing to a safe workplace for all.

• Previous warehouse experience, including manual handling and working at height.
• Computer proficiency for accurate record-keeping.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
