NEW PASS CLASS 2 DRIVERS WANTED £37K TO £42K PA PLUS FULL TRAINING

The Best Connection are currently looking for HGV Cat C drivers to work for our client based in Winchester. New Pass Drivers Welcome. The job has NO multi-drop - NO heavy lifting. It is Monday to Friday with plenty of overtime available 7 days a week. The annual salary is £37 k basic with a very realistic annual take home of £40+k.

No experience necessary and full training is provided.

• Drive an 18 ton water tanker and clear gullies of blockages to ensure rain water drains freely on all roads.
• Work in a tight geographical area completing designated zones; move from one gully to the next which are often in very close proximity.
• Follow health and safety systems and processes; understand work completion methods; handle vehicle and equipment safely.
• Work with an experienced operative on a daily basis.

• New Pass Drivers are welcome; no experience is necessary and full training is provided.
• HGV Class C driving capability is required.
• Standard working hours are 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM; overtime paid after 50 hours and also available at weekends.
• Salary details: £14.21 per hour for the first 50 hours; £17.76 after 50 hours and all day Saturday; £21.31 Sundays and Bank Holidays. The annual salary is £37k basic with a realistic annual salary of £40+k.
• Immediate start with a 16-week probation; subject to successful completion, a permanent position will be offered.
