Pay: Competitive per-class freelance rate, £25.00–£35.00 per hour

About BEYOND Pilates

BEYOND Pilates is a modern, premium reformer Pilates brand delivering high-energy, athletic, results-driven classes in a supportive studio environment. We are not classical Pilates. We are fitness-led, music-driven, and coach-focused, and we’re growing!

We’re looking for confident, professional freelance instructors who are excited to coach modern reformer Pilates and be part of a high-standard, multi-site studio brand. This is not casual cover work. It’s an opportunity to grow with a brand that values consistency, quality, and great coaching.

• Continuous coaching with clear cueing
• Hands-on corrections and adaptations (with consent)
• A premium client experience where members feel seen and supported
• Structure, standards, and professionalism

• Confident coaching groups with energy and presence
• Open to modern, athletic Pilates (not purely classical)
• Professional, reliable, and well-prepared
• Comfortable working within clear brand standards

Reformer experience is preferred but not essential — the right mindset matters more than experience.

• Paid trial classes
• Ongoing training and development
• Opportunity to grow with a multi-site brand
• Commitment to scheduled shifts once agreed
• Arriving at least 15 minutes early to prepare the studio
• Delivering consistent, high-quality classes
• Engaging positively with clients before and after sessions
• Following BEYOND Pilates brand standards

• Studio observation or shadow class
• Paid trial classes
• Alignment matters — this is a two-way process.
