Social Work are currently recruiting for a Social Worker for the Family Help Hub Team in Hampshire. You must be registered with Social Work England to apply for this role.

Hampshire's Family Help Teams coordinate early help support across the county, ensuring families receive timely, appropriate services through a multi-agency approach. These teams are central to Hampshire's commitment to early intervention and improving long-term outcomes for children.

You will join a well-structured, supportive service with a strong culture of reflective practice, manageable caseloads, and excellent professional development pathways.

• Registration with Social Work England
• Previous experience working as a Social Worker within a frontline children's safeguarding team
• Strong assessment, report-writing and risk-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and meet court-ordered deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Children Act 1989 and Working Together to Safeguard Children
