Our client is a joinery manufacturer looking for a candidate to join their sales team due to internal growth.

We are happy to consider candidates with no experience who are happy to train and call new and existing clients.

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our sales department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

• Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and orders alongside outbound quotes and inquiries
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email
• Call new and existing clients
• Prepare and process sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products
• Maintain customer databases and update records as needed
• Generate reports on sales activities and performance metrics
• Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• Customer-focused approach with a problem‑solving attitude
• Previous experience in sales support or customer service is advantageous
