We’re looking for a friendly and outgoing waiter/waitress to join our team at Colten Care’s Abbotts Barton home in Winchester, Hampshire.

Hours:

24 hours per week, including alternate weekends (includes paid breaks)

Pay: £12.66–£14.98 per hour plus career development opportunities and pay enhancements.

• Provide a personal, friendly, and efficient service at each dining event.
• Guide residents through a unique and exciting food journey, building lasting relationships.
• Support the chef by delivering nutritious daily menu items using fresh local produce and ingredients.
• Contribute to the health and well-being of residents through excellent food service.
• Maintain high standards of food health and hygiene, ensuring compliance with regulations.
