Community Staff Nurse

We are looking to recruit Community Staff Nurses into our friendly and supportive team based in Winchester City. You can make that difference and contribute to the provision of high-quality care, within a variety of community settings, which include the patient’s home and clinic settings.

• Work with a high degree of autonomy and professional accountability
• Commit to a generic competency framework enabling clinical skills and team contribution
• Manage, coordinate and delegate work
• Ensure referrals are dealt with according to clinical need
• Conduct holistic assessments and record care plans in line with Trust and professional record‑keeping standards
• Deliver clinical care that meets acceptable standards of patient safety and quality outcomes
