Our client, a busy food manufacturing company based near Winchester, is seeking a reliable and hands-on Production Operative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous food production experience who is ready to contribute from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate production machinery and accurately follow recipes and production instructions

* Maintain strict hygiene standards, following “clean as you go” procedures

* Carry out quality checks and ensure all paperwork and records are completed accurately

* Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment (full training provided)

* Strong attention to detail with good literacy and numeracy skills

* Food Safety or Health & Safety qualifications are advantageous

* A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required due to the location being difficult to reach by public transport

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

* AM Shift: 06:00 – 14:15

* PM Shift: 14:00 – 22:15
