Aluminium Fabricator

Pay: £14.50-£16.50 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Fabricator with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Aluminium Fabrication based role. You should possess a high degree of product knowledge in a variety of Aluminium Systems, predominantly Cortizo and Smarts. You will be responsible for all Fabrication, inclusive of cutting, machining, beading and gasketing of Aluminium Frames. Training will be provided on all aspects of what we do and how we operate.

Assist the manufacturing team in all aspects of Fabrication of Aluminium Doors, Windows and Curtain Walling in line with the company’s production schedule.

• Fabrication, inclusive of cutting, machining, beading and gasketing of Aluminium Frames i.e. Doors, Windows, Curtain Walling systems.
• Ensure the manufacturing schedule is achieved as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible to meet targets and deadlines.
• Use of various machinery i.e. Punch Tools, Mitre Saw, Copy Router, Pillar Drill and CNC machine.
• Assisting with incoming goods deliveries.
• Ensure all internal maintenance and cleaning duties are performed daily and report all maintenance issues to Line Manager.
• Provide Quality Control Inspections on all finished projects & deliveries.

• High degree of product knowledge in a variety of Aluminium Systems.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Aluminium Fabrication based role (Preferred).
• Ability to prioritise and organise work efficiently and effectively.
