Technical Manager

This national house builder has an immediate requirement for a Technical Manager to join their Southern regional business, to work on a new development.

As a recognised house builder, they have numerous projects starting and need multiple Technical Managers to join the business that have experience with Tier 1 developers on sites over 100 units.

You will as a Technical Manager, work on one of their major developments in Winchester, Hampshire which consists of both traditional build and timber frame houses and flats.

The development has just started, and you will be based between the site and their office in Southampton.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to;

Supporting the Senior Technical Manager in the delivery of the project.
Liaising with consultants, architects, engineers and internal departments
Ensuring all designs are compliant with building regulations, NHBC standards, planning conditions and company regulations
The ideal candidate for this Technical Manager position will have both traditional and timber frame experience and must have worked for a leading housing developer. You will have delivered multiple schemes before. A UK driving license is essential.
