• Mentor QS cost management colleagues to develop their skills.
• Collaborate with Winchester and Ridge leadership teams.
• Manage clients and pursue new business opportunities.
• Participate in business development forums and sector groups.
• Coordinate cost management across all offices.
• Work independently on assigned tasks.
• Advise on contracts and construction conditions.
• Guide design teams on cost‑effective methods and materials to stay within budget.
• Prepare tender documents.
• Oversee project costs during construction and negotiate final accounts.
• Lead client meetings and ensure successful project delivery.
• Expand business through new and repeat projects.
• Manage projects from inception to completion and use.

• Experience leading multiple projects and managing client relationships, including business development.
• Excellent communication and commercial awareness.
• Relevant project experience.
• RICS‑accredited degree or equivalent.
• MRICS Chartered status.
• Background in commercially focused roles.
• Enthusiastic and ambitious.
• Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel) and industry‑standard software.
• Cost X experience preferred.
